Attentive Wren Pty Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. Information We Collect

From You (The Provider): Name, email address, billing information, and business details required to create your account and connect to Stripe.

From Your Customers (End-Users): When a customer makes a booking on your landing page, we collect their name, email address, and booking details to facilitate the transaction and automated emails. Note: We do not collect or store their credit card details; these are securely passed directly to Stripe.

From Visitors (Contact Messages): When a visitor sends you a message through your profile page's contact form, we collect their name, email address, and the content of their message, and securely transmit it to your registered email inbox so you can reply directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide and maintain the platform.
  • Process your monthly subscription fees.
  • Generate automated booking emails and facilitate the sending of your micro bulletins.
  • Deliver contact-form messages from visitors to your email inbox and retain them in an audit log to detect and prevent spam or abuse.
  • Provide customer support and improve our services.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell data. We only share information with trusted third parties necessary to operate our service, primarily Stripe, which handles all payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your visitors' or customers' personal information. Contact-form messages are transmitted only to you, the creator they were addressed to, via our secure email service provider (Mailgun). We do not use visitor message data for marketing or share it with any third parties other than the delivery of the message itself.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Our servers and databases are hosted on Digital Ocean infrastructure.

6. Access and Correction

Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you believe it is inaccurate. To make a request, contact us at our contact form .
